I have nearly 500 bag seeds from all over the north east NJ/NY/MA/Canada. I have a good location to plant them back at my house (right next to a pond but since im in a dorm at college right now I wont be able to care for them much until I get out mid May. I'd like to be able to harvest at least a dry LB or more by the end of August / Early September. Should I add those water crystals and fertilizer when I plant some seeds in a few weeks? If I plant 50 seeds what are my odd's of a few surviving nicely on their own before I can care for them mid May?
fuzzylogic Reviewed by fuzzylogic on . would outdoor plants survive without care? In about 2 weeks I plan on planting about 50 seeds outdoors. They will be planted in massachusetts. The problem is I wont be able to check on them until mid may. Should I even bother planting them late march or just wait to plant them in may. I might even be able to plant them mid april. The seeds will be planted in holes filled with good soil, they will not be started off as seedlings. If I wait until mid may I could start them inside and then transplant them outdoors but would that give Rating: 5
