In about 2 weeks I plan on planting about 50 seeds outdoors. They will be planted in massachusetts. The problem is I wont be able to check on them until mid may. Should I even bother planting them late march or just wait to plant them in may. I might even be able to plant them mid april. The seeds will be planted in holes filled with good soil, they will not be started off as seedlings. If I wait until mid may I could start them inside and then transplant them outdoors but would that give enough time to harvest the plants late august / early september? Perhaps I should plant half soon without starting them indoors and half in april/may starting indoors. Any advice?
