No it wont you will flush your plants 2-3weeks before harvesting to flush out any ferts, chemicals etc.
The piss is for nitrogen which is good for female cannabis and remember 1 teaspoon per 1gal of water any more than that and you risk damaging or killing your plants from to much nitrogen.
How old are you and why is buying ferts out of the question?
