HBW seed consumption technique?

I've been thinking about trying HBW seeds, but I'm unsure as to how one goes about it. Is there an easy water extraction method? What's the easiest effective method?

the method i've used several times with morning glory seeds:

-wash seeds thoroughly w/soap and water, making sure to rinse ALL the soap off
-paper towel them off, then let them dry for at least an hour
-grind them up in a coffee grinder til they're about the consistency of coffee grounds
-put the ground up seeds in a water bottle half-filled with water (use bottled water, i've heard the chlorine in tap water can fuck with the LSA you're looking to extract from the seeds)
-let seed-grounds and water sit for 2-3 hours
-strain the seed mush out of the now-mucky water
-drink yucky water.

it'll take 30-60 minutes to start to kick in. taking an extraction instead of consuming the actual seed matter cuts WAY down on nausea and other stomach issues, almost eliminating them totally.

chew em up and let them sit in the mouth for about 15 minutes then spit em out. the lsa will be absorbed by the mouth tissues while the poisons wont.
