We are already fighting a failing war in Iraq. We most definatly can not fight another in iran. At least without the draft.
If they even attempt to try to go to war, i would sencerily hope that congress would tell bush to go fuck himself. After this year, the congress is going blue anyhow. the conservatives are gonna loose both house and senate hopefully. (bring on the impeachment!)

Just read a document called "Rebuilding America's Defenses" by PNAC (a neo-conservative think tank with members like Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld). It's available all over the web. In it, they basically explain how the future of American supremacy rests on us controlling Eurasia and its petroleum resources. So they decided to play a little game of tic-tac-toe in Asia. You can't take Afghanistan and then Iraq and leave Iran open to "hostile regimes", can you?

Truth is, they don't care about nukes in the hands of totalitarian régimes. If they did, they would be making the same threats against China. But they won't do that because China is an important trading partner and their military is fucking huge.
