I too suffer from Anxiety attacks and i'm a musician by trade. Some days are worse than others. On the days it get real bad i literally have to take deep breaths and force myself to go out the door. I find that once i am able to make it out the door(and that isnt always the case), that i calm down and things arent half as bad as my thought process has made them out to be. The mind can play horribe tricks on us and with help we can identify those tricks and confront them on our terms. Good luck, and if you arent quite ready for shrooms right now perhaps one day you will be. The shrooms arent going away. Take all the time you need to sort out what it is you need to sort out before taking your mind on an adventure. I believe that shrroms and other psychedelics can be useful if the time is right. The word for today is, Timing.
