planting time?

I'm in Northern NJ. I want to plant in a window box (no room for anything bigger). I've never grown before, and I was wondering when I should start the process.

I would start them now aslong as its warm enough. No need to be with out bud. I would grow a mother plant under 24 light so you can keep putting clones in the window. The only thing you may run into a problem with is the amount of light they are getting from other sources and during the summer.

it will look weird if u have a windowbox with a fuckng pot plant growing it wont work ESPICALY in north nj grow indoor its bedder and do alot of reading if i was u id try it next seasion or do at lest 3 mounths of reading on it almost evey day

Dont worry about looking wierd I got cannabis leaves spray painted on the side of my house. They are 3 feet high and 2.5 feet wide. Once every one has cannabis plants out side it will look wierd not to. Seeing how if you get caught in Jersey with under 1000 pounds its a three year max. sentence I dont think you need to be that worried.

I was planning on putting the box outside my bathroom window. No view of it from the street, no nosy neighbors will be able to get a good look. It's morning sunlight, all the stuff the sites say is good. All I'm not sure about is when to plant them. It's been warm, but I don't know when it's warm enough.
