I may be a little late to give this advice but it may help you anyway. You as the grower have complete control over the growing process. You can flower after two days or veg them for months. The longer you veg the larger your harvest would be at the end. Size at this time of the game doesn't matter due to the genes you may be using ie bagseeds. If they are all the same genes then you would evaluate size and other elements for a mother to keep for cloning.
