in all fairness most judges know people who go to jail for any sort of child abuse don't last more than a few days in jail. People on the inside for life want to make sure that their kids are safe when the prick gets out alive, so they make sure he doesn't get out alive.

Now here's the fuckin' kicker!!! While in jail I read an article of some dude driving his truck like a dumb ass with two girls in the back. While hangin' a sharp "unexpected" corner they flew out and one of them died. He got 1 year probation, a fine, and 40 hours community service. NO JAIL!!!

    All I can say is
    "WHAT THE FUCK!!!"
Thats not murder....thats manslaughter. He probobaly would of got a couple years if he was intoxificated. Get it right. And wow...15 days in jail...you sure did some hard time. But of course no....murder is of course way worse.....in fact....doesn't even compare.

Sin is Sin, we cant escape it. Murder is a action of hate, all look down on someone's lost fate. Redemption is key to your healing. I hold no bars against another's actions, not my place. Marijuana is a plant, but also deemed a drug. The two weed and murder are equal in hand. Through the Savior can you truly be free.

    WTF planet are you from????

Weed and murder are hand in hand??? Are you joking???
Is that why Marc Emery faces a possible 30 year prison sentence while an Alberta man gets 3.5 years in jail for child porn??? Another repeated child rapist got 60 days in jail. If your point is to be considered valid then those rapists and child pornographers better get at least 30 years in jail.

You'd better read your Bible again as it is full of Scripture in favour of us growing the marijuana "herb". Show me where in the Bible it says that smoking MJ is a sin. Who "deemed it a drug"? God? Nope, don't think so.

The only reason it is made out to be as bad as other drugs and equvilent to murder is because a bunch of Conservative assholes don't want us to know the truth. Seems they got you fooled big time.

Sorry, but I never killed anyone while smoking a joint and I never once poisoned the American children with it as the DEA is claiming of Marc Emery.

Go watch "Hemp for Victory" and "Hemplands" and then post something intelligent. Shhheeeeeeeeshhhhhh..........

Man caught with pot criticizes judge's sentence
    Sunday, March 05, 2006
    BY DEB KINER
    Of Our Perry County Bureau

NEW BLOOMFIELD - A man who will go to jail because marijuana was found in his pocket told a Perry County judge his sentence is too harsh compared with a man who assaulted a young girl.

"I don't hurt anybody to pursue my happiness," Steven D. Hess, 39, of the 300 block of Mountain View Road, Shermans Dale, told Judge Kathy A. Morrow on Thursday.

Morrow sentenced him to 48 hours to 30 days in county prison and fined him $200. Morrow also gave Hess credit for the one day he has already served in jail.

Earlier in the day, Morrow had sentenced Jack M. McGowan, 59, of the 300 block of Pisgah State Road, Shermans Dale, to 12 months' probation and a $250 fine for indecent assault.

"And you let him go," Hess said.

McGowan had pleaded no contest to a charge that he inappropriately touched and kissed a 10-year-old girl on May 13 when he gave her a ride to the Carroll Twp. park.

"What you did was inexcusable. You took advantage of a 10-year-old girl," Morrow said to McGowan.

"If you ask me, they should have their eyes poked out, ears poked out, castrated," Hess said.

To which Morrow responded, "There's only so much I can do."

Hess was arrested in August 2004 when an ambulance was dispatched to his home. Hess was found unconscious on the front porch. An EMT on the scene had cut Hess' jeans off to treat him. The EMT found a bag of marijuana in the pocket.

Hess pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana on Jan. 19.

So, what are you saying? We should be taking judges out and smoking a joint with them so they finally understand and they won't be afraid of us pot smokers anymore.

depends on who you kill. some people deserve killing.
