Dont take it without warming yourself up first. Try milder hallucinogenics first, before diving into the deep waters of DMT!

Hmmm yeah, I've made my own DMT extractions for smoking and can tell you first hand it is the most intense experience of your life, and that guy, that guy on the audio is smart... I like that he views an intense psychadelic experience as a big part of life, really, I think you are missing out on something big if you don't try this atleast once in your life. But I'm not going to lie-- I literally wet myself during the experience, so, just be careful and be sure to have a sitter.
