The thread stater is right weed and resin fall through.

And there is something u can do in to harvest this in case u have a dry spell.

1) Put a coffee filter into a collander
2) Pour bong water through filter over the sink
3) Add more hot water to bong and shake vigorsly then strain.
4) Take apart the device and other devices and clean them to harvest resin
5) if you have weed and are going through all this your a schmuk! Only do this when you are DRY and DOWN AND OUT.
6) Place in safe, dry place for about a day. On top of fridge is a very good place.

After a day You will be left with what we called "dirt". But you can call it ASS. BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IT TASTE LIKE! Again see number 5

This will do the job. Enjoy the high and HATE THE TASTE!

A bit off topic, but I have never ever used a screen for my bong in my life, and I have never had anything fall through... I always make sure my herb is a teensy bit damp before packing, but not too damp at all. Just not dry, and I never had a problem.

Exactly, the bong water acts as a filter. Now, what is a filter? Think of other filters in your lives. Take a look at your air filters. Now, using this "bong water is good!" reasoning, then you should be able to get any remaining "good" air out of an air filter...along with all the crap it trapped. Or filtered cigs. Do you try and smoke the filters, to get that last little bit of nicotine that may be trapped? If you do, you deserve everything that comes with that.

Just make sure you don't have bad pull-through, and you won't lose anything that's still smokeable.

You don't drink the filter. You use the filter to trap the undesirables, then you throw it out. I've had to tell this to friends of mine on numerous occasions.

The filtering process is different between those 2. bong water still contains valuable components where as the dirty air filter does not. water is not just a filter, it collects active cannibinods as well. I wouldn't touch it either, but doint use a crappy example bro.

Once, some friends and myself, put some powdered Hawaiian Punch in my old 4 foot hookah style bong. Then, we added some jolly ranchers, and gummi candy. It made the smoking experience very flavorful. We were smokin some regular old schwagg weed (mexi brick stuff) and it did make the hits we took taste better. Afterwards, we decided to drink all the water out of the bong...We put it in a pitcher and proceeded to drink away....Tasted like some toxic waste Hawaiian Punch, and didnt do shit to us. It made one of my friends puke, thats it though. Ive never tried it after that experience. Because of the punch mix, it didnt taste as bad as it would have it we'd just drank the water, but still wasnt enjoyable. Will not be trying again.
