i dont get it people find ways to get pot but they cant ge a bowl?

Pot's not hard to find. You can buy it at most street corners in some places. But some ppl lack creativity, or they're too young to buy a 'tobacco pipe' (like myself )

I have no idea, I think it would be safe, but not 100% sure

yeah, I've been smoking since the beginning of the year, and go to school in the city and I've been trying since I first started to find a pipe, it's hard as hell.
