Just one lil clarification from the original post... A police officer/detective/fed CANNOT break the law in the course of an investigation. They CANNOT "toke one up with you" in order to make a bust. Any illegal actions in the course of the investigation put the entire case in jeapordy. If you research the recent issue of the Virginia cops who were going into massage parlors and getting 'favors' in order to bust them for prostitution, you should be able to lead back to case history. One of the reasons why when I meet someone new, I insist we smoke before any financials get discussed.

only problem is it's one person's word against however many cops are needed and usually one cop's word is more than enough to more than sway any jury, IF it ever got to a jury case as most cannabis charges are handled by a judge alone. it's the real world baby...

I knew you were gonna say that Skink! I know you don't know me!!! But I am always on the boards reading shit...sometimes I post when the urge strikes! Anyway...I guess it's just my word here, but I've met up with Morris County (out of desperation) a few times and he is cool...For what it's worth!! and yoda...i'm def NOT a cop...I was jsut reading some old posts on "Morris County" and thought I'd respond that I met him!
