I find it strange though that another country could have a death penalty, and another country has a maximum simple fine for the same activity. Canada has not prosecuted cannabis seed selling since the 60s as I am told. As Karen Tandy of the DEA admitted herself, Emery's takedown was purely political and they do not really give a shit about the seeds.

I'm sorry but if America's law enforcement spends 18 months on a guy who is non-violent and just sends out marijuana seeds (and all of the Canadian Parliment had a subscription to Cannabis Culture and knew what Emery was doing!!) instead of going after real criminals like murderers, child molesters, and rapists, than our law enforcement is incompetent and should be removed at once...by force if necessary!!
