yea heres my tip.... Inhale a cig or a lot of weed smoke, form your lips into an O and push your tongue at the bottom of your mouth, and for me, if you push from your chest (its too hard to explain but its not like breathing its like pushing from your chest). Thats the best i can do explaining. Try practicing on a ciggarette and youll prolly get it after 2-3. Then once you get it down you can do it w/ weed. Good luck l
