Well it's been 3 years since my last serious ingestion with this substance. Desperation has led me here. Time to dose up. How much should i take? im about 200 lbs so ima try to go with 5 grams at least. Cheers

Whoops i meant 5 tablespoons not 5 grams ahah that would of been crazy
Actually i will eat as much as i can and we'll see what amount that ends up being..

Abort..nutmeg making me too sick. Followed up with a can of nitrous oxide. The 3 tablespoons has me feeling stoned, though.
