Anyone play around the world when smoking?

For anyone who doesn't know what it is, you hit the bowl or blunt or whatever, and you pass it. Then you have to hold the smoke in until it comes back to you.

It works better when you're smoking a bowl with no more than four people. Because usually when smoking a bowl everyone just hits it once and passes it. It's harder with joints and blunts because people keep them for longer.
