if you like smoking, smoke every day. if you feel like you have to do it, dont do it so much..occasionally.

Whenever I toke up all of that goes away. I become more sociable, don't dwell on things, and in my opinion, perform better in life because of that. I also get down on life sometimes, nothing really major, but just feeling depressed every once in a while.
