Advise on 420group and dakotapets.com, THANKS

So are these scammers or not?

I successfully did a CAD with 420group.com a couple months ago but it was for a measly $21. I'm thinking about ordering the good stuff from them but don't want to pay a lot for the burlacious herb and be sent crap herb.

I've never used dakotapets.com, have any of you?

Anyone else use these sites?????
