I had a similar problem with a different company. In my case it was over 2 months of waiting with absolutely no response from customer service. I ended up reporting them to the BBB and surprise surprise, I finally received some contact from them saying that they would immediately fix the problem (said they received the payment but not the order) and send out my order with a partial refund for my troubles.

So you should definitely report them to the BBB if they have not replied to you at all, lights a fire under their ass.
