HEYA PEOPLE. HERE'S MY PROBLEM, ON FEBRUARY 21 I ORDERED ABOUT 60 BUCKS WORTH OF STUFF FROM HERBAL SMOKE SHOP AND EVEN PAID THE EXTRA 5 BUCKS FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING (WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE 2 DAY SHIPPING). WELL, IT'S BEEN ABOUT 12 DAYS AND I EMAILED CUSTOMER SUPPORT OVER 24 HOURS AGO AND STILL NO ANSWER. HAS ANYONE ELSE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY HERBAL SMOKE SHOP? I'M REALLY UPSET THAT THEY WON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sorry,,, you might have protected yourself better... I read a few things on them being a less than credible seller... I did not even look for the info,but remember reading it...

In the future it might be best to test companys and the like with a bare minimal order...

I didn't order the legal herbs, I ordered a grinder and some body jewelry. I called fedex a while ago, and they said it hasn't been sent. I guess I could report them to the BBB?

The advertiser informed us last week that some packages sent on a few select days last month were "lost" due to, what they believed, was theft by a FedEX driver...

For a large number of parcels, often the driver / shipping center will scan in the tracking numbers and not the actual shipper depending on the shipping company one is using.

The advertiser further informed us that they have switched to a different shipping company and attempted to email all customers they believed had been affected.

They are the crappiest, fakest website out there so don't bother. I was looking for alternatives a while back and got my older bro to order me some hawaiian gold buds and salvia with his CC, shipping took so long that by the time it got here I had just decided to tell my doorman not to accept any packages. I got my money back, eventually, but it took way long-- they are a really shitty excuse for a buisness
