The advertiser informed us last week that some packages sent on a few select days last month were "lost" due to, what they believed, was theft by a FedEX driver...

For a large number of parcels, often the driver / shipping center will scan in the tracking numbers and not the actual shipper depending on the shipping company one is using.

The advertiser further informed us that they have switched to a different shipping company and attempted to email all customers they believed had been affected.
