yeah same thing happened to me. i sent 70 dollars and 5 extra for the express shipping. its been 8 BUSINESS days (10 regular days) and i still dont have my order. i tried emailing them too, no response.

that sucks i got my pipe from them, came super fast but it wasnt the pipe i ordered. It was a different style and diff colors. But hey I still have that pipe and everyone who takes a hit says DAMN that hits good (its got a very large chamber for a pipe).

I didn't order the legal herbs, I ordered a grinder and some body jewelry. I called fedex a while ago, and they said it hasn't been sent. I guess I could report them to the BBB?

I had a similar problem with a different company. In my case it was over 2 months of waiting with absolutely no response from customer service. I ended up reporting them to the BBB and surprise surprise, I finally received some contact from them saying that they would immediately fix the problem (said they received the payment but not the order) and send out my order with a partial refund for my troubles.

So you should definitely report them to the BBB if they have not replied to you at all, lights a fire under their ass.

I finally got it, today. that's a month and a half since my order. The body jewelry I ordered was not the jewelry I wanted, but needlees to say, at least I got the package. The grinder is pretty nice. What can I say, ordering off the internet can sometimes be a little hairy

Give their toll-free phone number a call, if you haven't already.

The advertiser informed us last week that some packages sent on a few select days last month were "lost" due to, what they believed, was theft by a FedEX driver...

For a large number of parcels, often the driver / shipping center will scan in the tracking numbers and not the actual shipper depending on the shipping company one is using.

The advertiser further informed us that they have switched to a different shipping company and attempted to email all customers they believed had been affected.

Yeah I work at Fed Ex and I know for a fact that it would be a piece of cake to steal shit if you were a driver, because he's the only person that touches that package with nobody around, and no cameras watching... but what they do is have a different person scan in the packages(scan it when they put in on the truck) this makes it harder to steal because FedEx can narrow it down to you, but what i have heard of them doing, is just opening the box taking what they want, and closing it taping it, and delivering it, and then he is just as guilty as anybody else that touched the package.
