Also, try putting a little bit of vanilla extract in your egg wash. that along with the cinnamon is the shit. Also on a side note, while I've never heard of a maple syrup high, there's actually no such thing as a sugar high. A ton of studdies have been done to prove the myth of kids being hyper off of sugar and it just isn't true. Caffine will fuck you up, but sugar won't do nothing but rot out your teeth.

for the person who likes poached egg i was watchin the f word the other day and the had a hint when u cooked a poached egg get the water up to temperature and then stir it so the water is going around in a circular direction, then crack the egg in and it all swirls round itself.... looked yummy
