Also, try putting a little bit of vanilla extract in your egg wash. that along with the cinnamon is the shit. Also on a side note, while I've never heard of a maple syrup high, there's actually no such thing as a sugar high. A ton of studdies have been done to prove the myth of kids being hyper off of sugar and it just isn't true. Caffine will fuck you up, but sugar won't do nothing but rot out your teeth.

Yep. According to the studdies that's ususally what does it. They noted that in most cases kids seem to go crazy at parties and parents have allways said it was from the cake and icecream or whatever. It's actually from all of the excitment of having a bunch of other kids running around playing together. That and sodas.
