Well the drooping leaves tell me the soil is lacking oxygen from a possible over watering. If the bottom of the soil does not dry out properly the roots not only can get root rot but the ph at the lower reigion of the soil can become acidic and that may be the cause of the yellowing leaves. A fan on them will help if you can fit one. A heating pad on low would help, but the best thing I can tell ya is get a garden sprayer to water with and just water till the top of the soil is wet leaving the bottom dry to damp. Water everyday with a sprayer for best results. Make sure they dry out between waterings. If you are getting burnt tips your ppm may be a bit high. I use 100ppm of added ions to soil every watering. Every two days. 50ppm a day if watering every day. If you dont have a meter I recommend the Hanna 9044. She does it all very acuratly and is a bargin.

What kind of light is that. For flouros cool white produce the best spectrum and for HIDs MH is the best. HPS will flower a couple days earlier but MH is a healthier spectrum.
