it works very well, and gets you very high. but you are also stoned off your ass with 2 glowing hot knives in your hand. if you think you can handle it go for it. well worth the trouble

OMG they are maybe one of the most CRAZY and wicked ways of getting stoned. I find anyways. But if you do them for the first time, have some water or something cold to drink by you. It tends to burn your throat. You get use to it fast thou. The first time I did it, it took me by surprise.

To answer why it gets you so messed up...well truth is I don't know for sure. I assume it is because you are taking the smoke and if done right there will be no waste what-so-ever. So really you get what you roll.

I know this is an old post, but after stumbling upon it, I decided to try it. Sadly, I just smoked my last joint last night, and won't be getting my 1/4 ounce until later this afternoon. So, what am I going to use? I found a few roaches in my room, and decided that they'd be perfect to try out hotknives for the first time. I mean, what do I have to lose? For instance, I found those roaches, if I hadn't of found them, I'd never find them, and they'd go to waste, so why not test out this hot knives thing?
I'll post again and tell you if it gets me high. I hope it does, as I don't watn to wait until later today to get high, and I haven't been high in almost 24 hours. Then again, my tollerance is super-high, due to being a pretty much daily smoker since like, march.
