Yeap... you can do all that.

When you say "supercrop"... do you mean topping/FIMing?

You can go SCRoG right from the start.

You see, LST is to keep the plant low (usually), but, if you start your plant, and put a screen over it, as soon as the plant reaches the screen, you can start "weaving" it up/under the screen... eliminating your need for LSTing.

BTW: From experience I've read here, doing a SCRoG with a plant from seed is VERY difficult. It's better to do SCRoG with clones.
