Being new at this, I was overwatering. I let the soil dry out and I'm only watering every 2-3 days now. Instead of flooding when I water, I'm only adding about 1/4 cup to the 16oz cup the seedling is in. The leaves have perked up, the yellow bottom leaves are starting to green, and it's already formed it's 4th pair of leaves.
