Ramen Noodles - How do YOU make them?
i like the chicken and oriental. how i cook them depends on how im feeling.
if im in a hurry, i put them in a bowl of water and nuke them, strain the water out and add the flavor.
if i want to work at it...this is my favorite way to do it:
1)nuke noodles until done.
2)strain all the water out
3)mix in a couple spoonfulls of sour cream
4)mix in flavor packet.
dont use too much sour cream or its nasty.
ps. i hate sour cream and i love this way of cooking ramen

I only use 1 cup of the water. Boil that on the stove add noodles and add just alittle of the flavor packet. When all the water is gone add some butter and salt and pepper. Yum.

Ramen Noodles - How do YOU make them?
Oh my god... I LOVE Ramen Noodles. They're like my staple food. Definately gotten this girl through college without a doubt.
I guesstimate 2 cups of water in a pot, boil. Add Ramen, and once the noodles start to get more soft, I break up the Ramen and add a little bit of the seasoning (fav is beef), add a little bit of Mrs. Dash. Once the noodles are done, I drain ALL of the water.. I hate having soggy noodles. Then I add the rest of the seasoning, a little more Mrs. Dash, and soy sauce. Best stuff EVER.

Something I've tried but don't do very often (pretty good though):
-Boil a small pot (around 2 cups) of water.
-Put in the bunch of noodles, whole.
-Boil (high flame) for 3 minutes.
-Drop in an egg (might want to get it out of the shell beforehand to make sure it doesn't have any shell peices).
-Boil 1 or 2 more mins, until it's as well-cooked as you like.
-Drain the noodles/eggs of about 75% of the water. (a good collander/strainer is helpful).
-Mix in the flavor packet.
-Yum.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm gonna go make some. Probably roast beef or chili. We'll see.
