okay so I'm no economist or anything, but here's the idea I just came up with:

When people smoke a lot of blunts or huge bonghits with their friends, smoking gram after gram, etc, obviously much more than they need, they are buying pot a lot more frequently and thus increase the demand (at least in their particular area, or with their dealer). Thus as demand goes up dealer can increase prices.

My feeling is that if you just smoke bowls, and just enough each time for how high you want to get (instead of going fucking crazy), then this is a more sustainable pot-lifestyle, it's not as reckless, it gives cannibis users a better image in the eyes of others. Also it may keep prices down more in your area, besides conserving one of the world's best natural resources
