Any rules you enforce when smokin with friends?

I was just woundering on. if any one on this board sit's there and enforceing some type of rule or rules when smoking with friends or maybe family members....

Like Example: 2 hit's then pass

In my big groupe of friends there isn't many rules to follow, just don't hog the joint or bowl, uselly we let the person with the joint in hand keep puffing intell he or she is happy with it, Then they deside who to pass it to...

Yea, in America, with joints it's usually 1 toke pass but in England it can be up to 5 tokes n pass. Euro style I prefer bowls tho. Me and my friends uaually call Mondays (tuesdays, wednesdays) for the first hit of green etc in the bowl. That's only England speak though, in america i'd say cypher.
