Trouble with seedlings

I need a real answer on this...no second guessing...I keep running into a problem with my seedlings once they are about a week or two old they start to yellow up and slow growing almost to a complete stop....it is either (1) overwatering or (2) the room they are on is a little warmer than room temp and the air doesnt get great circulation....can this be the cause

k well overwatering will kill a seedling but underwatering will also beter to be a bit dry when a seed then to over water get a small fan moving the air around.. dont let the light be to close.. what are you growing in miracle gro soil?

actually I am growing in 50% perlite ant 50 peat moss.....lights may be too close also air is stagnant...i just put a fan in today
