Never heard of using a tens(Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit for migraines before.I use mine for lower back spasms.(which I haven't experienced since I retired from the full time work force)I have sciatica problems from a bad motorcycle wreck years ago.
But the explanation you provide for the efficacy of it for migraines sounds logical.
