Melatonin, yay!
I wouldn't know...I'm not an E user.
That melatonin brought me the best sleep I remember having. Granted, I didn't wake up fully refreshed, but I was closer than I've ever been. I loved it. Any fellow insomniacs out there would do well to try it themselves.
