Melatonin, yay!

Hey everybody. Well, tonight I talked my parents in to buying me melatonin supplements, and my dad went and bought me a bottle. Well, I'm a genuine insomniac, and I think my days of insomnia are over! I just thought I'd share, I mean, I've been getting very little very restless sleep as long as I can remember. So, here's to the Pinneal gland!

nice dude. Melatonin (but even better are 5-HTP which creater Seretonin) are probally pretty decent to take a few hours before taking E.

That melatonin brought me the best sleep I remember having. Granted, I didn't wake up fully refreshed, but I was closer than I've ever been. I loved it. Any fellow insomniacs out there would do well to try it themselves.
