ok so i checked on my plants today......i have 2 that are about 1.5 inches out of the ground with their first 2 sets of rigid leaves.....the second set has already made its 3rd petal(second set has 3 points and not one) Im pretty sure its sativa cuz the leaves are long and thin but anyway.......i have a bunch of plants and i noticed these burned looking spots around the edges in certain area's......its not everywhere but the leaves are lime green with sum lil dried yellow spots.....i transplanted them very very very very very carefully into sum pots with fresh organic soil(cleaned out and no non-nature made chemicals food ect....its a 100percent organic) i added sum water just around the plants.....they look good but ones drooping a lil so i put a stick under the one leaf to hold it up.......what could this wierd yello dry spots be....its not spider mites cuz they leave those lil dots....i dont have any ph stuff so i cnt read the soil but the water i use is well not tap and i let it sit for a few days....wtf

Even with going 100% organic you still can burn your plants with to much of any one thing in your mix. What does your soil mix consist of ?

Dont top them. You can tie them down if you like but the tops of the plant is where all the growth cells and hormones are. Mix some peat moss in with the soil if you can not pick up bails of promix or farfred. Use like atleast 80 percent peat so they can breath. I grow in 22 gallon container and well they are 7 feet wide and 7 feet tall. You can surround them with ferns. ( some grow 3 to 4 feet high. My plants produce pounds. So I dont get faking it out. Winter is here. "You mean force flower it? I would put it in 24 hour light. once you want to flower outside, to keep it short, for one to three weeks inside give her 14 hours of darkness. This will force flower her nicely and end the cycle sooner so she will finish smaller. You can supercrop aswell by working out the stem. It makes it thicker and slows the plants from growing up. You can twist(START SLOW) or bend her. or tie her down making a loop in the stem. That should keep her short. It may reduce yield as apposed to free growth but some plants get real tall depending on style light and genetics.

    Hope this helps

carefull with that trans planting stuff. it causes stress. o that gives me a thought. If you start alot in cups and want to keep them short you can trim the bottom roots when transplanting. the roots grow thicker and shorter and so does the plant. Usually the root structure plays a role in the plant size and shape.

If you do top the plant she needs time to destress and get up to speed in the growth department. I would rather make a knot with the stem. More fun, less stress and it would look awsome.
