What is the best hydroponic system to use. I was planning on building the hydroponic system Aerojet. I will put a link up in a minute. But what is the easiest way to grow. Which will have better results. Should I just use the bucket system. I would like to have at least 30 plants usuing SOG and Supercropping as the growing methods. What lights would you experts suggest on that. Should I use a switchable ballast. Or will it burn up.

The slab tray is 8inches wide 42inches long and 4 inches deep. I am setting up an aeroponics system. How many plants should I put on each tray.
