Anyone on the weight-loss train?
I love food too much to really diet as such. I watch what I eat thats for sure. I tend to eat a lot of bran based foods early like all bran or weetabix. I get as much down me as i can stand then i dont get hungry till about 2. Its the running that does the trick. Exercise is the best method in my eyes to lose weight. And it makes you feel amazing.
