Anyone on the weight-loss train?thebathroom---there is no such thing as a diet that works, what you need is a lifestyle change, and if its only a few pounds you want to get rid of, leave them there, im sure they are beautiful.

Anyone on the weight-loss train?Well i lost about 60lbs through just road running. ive just started pilates about 3 weeks ago and i do it every day. i can really vouch for it in terms of its soul cleansing properties. Two things ive learnt in the last 2 years
 1. you are what you eat
 2.Healthy body-healthy mind.

Anyone on the weight-loss train?I was just wondering..are you somewhere in your mid teens - early 20s? I mean nothing bad about it, but it seems that when you're 17, 18, 19 etc.. you can eat all you want. 22, 23, 24 and on, pounds start to stick when they didn't before. I used to have a real fast metabolism, but now not so much. Originally Posted by acrca

...and no, i don't need a diet. shit, i need to GAIN weight.

also the most "succesful" path to paranoia. Amphetamine! yuk. It's too much of a brain bender.Plus the weight you lose from it is "fake" weight (water). And then after you lose muscle mass instead of fat. You shrink but feel like fucking killing yourself or everyone else, but the sex dont come much better.
 Thats life.
 Cheers!
