 Anyone on the weight-loss train?Yeah, home cooked meals are the way to go. Everything I pretty much have is raw food. Those pre-packaged dinners are loaded with MSG's and salt, and taste terrible too. Making your own meals takes a bit more time, but is well worth it in the end. :thumbsup:
