 Anyone on the weight-loss train?I do oatmeal,grits,organic veggies,diet pepsi,..no sugar for the most part..papaya,mangoes,pineapple...tuna sald...etc...and i eat like 6 times a day (small snacks) and I weigh 114...so not everyone diets it just becomes a way of life ..more like a habit?
