I've lost 70 something pounds now. I'll actually be able to take my shirt off in public this summer. I mostly just drink lots of caffeinated water. Even when I'm not thursty I try to drink alot of it. It keeps me feeling full longer and I get full quicker when I'm eating. Plus I smoke a ton of pot. Often when I feel hungry I'll just go get stoned instead, and I forget about it for a while. Then when I get the munchies I smoke another bowl and forget about it again.
