Yeah, you got to go through some slight training first.

The way they did it with me, was first I had to drop some pounds by then they just had me practice on bags, jump rope, get in shape and such. They don't want to stick a new person in fighting at first because for one, they could really get hurt. Pulled muscles, untrained eye, you could get very exhausted, very quickly if you're not in shape.

Give it a good few weeks or so and show that you can wreck some ass, but keep your cool if things don't go your way, then you'll be learning stuff in no time. The one thing teachers hate is a sore loser. Someone who starts getting their ass kicked, then lose their temper because of it.

What caught my eye about all of the fighting classes out there, was the shure striker actions of this particular fight. It shows how to take someone down, who could be an attacker, in a blink of an eye. Kickboxing is pure striking. That's why I like it. Short, intense, fighting.

Good luck on that.
