I have the opposite prob and cant put wieght on and am under wieght i wonder what is less healthy over or under...im sure im missing nutrients

I do oatmeal,grits,organic veggies,diet pepsi,..no sugar for the most part..papaya,mangoes,pineapple...tuna sald...etc...and i eat like 6 times a day (small snacks) and I weigh 114...so not everyone diets it just becomes a way of life ..more like a habit? Makes me feel better when I eat these foods.

for the past 3 months, ive been really paying attention to what my body says
i just realized, that junk food and fat foods make me feel like shit... once you stop eating these things and discover healthy foods.... you arent even tempted by junk food and stuff
it truely is like an addiction

I used to be a fat boy , wishing i was thin, but now I take so much oxycontin, and shit, that I dont have to worry about my weight! Now I'm stick thin, and emaciated wishing I could gain some weight! lol!

i need to gain weight. All my friends weight upwards of 20 pounds more then me and they're the same size as me. Everyone says im underweight and need to put meat on my bones. I just burn everything off so quickly i guess

Stop drinking all forms of soda. Drink only water. Start jogging at least a mile 3 times a week.
Eat home cooked food in reasonable portions.
Without a doubt you will lose weight. I lost 50 pounds in 7 months doing exactly this.

Yeah, home cooked meals are the way to go. Everything I pretty much have is raw food. Those pre-packaged dinners are loaded with MSG's and salt, and taste terrible too. Making your own meals takes a bit more time, but is well worth it in the end. :thumbsup:
