    ITS GETTING HOT IN HERE

    hey im down in texas with a grow in an attic and i just bought a in-duct fan which i attached to the top left side then put flexi hose on it it says it blows 250 cfm but it is barely sucking at all and its like 90F. what can i do guys help me pease

    well is it intake or exhaust if its intake and you have no exaust that could be your problem heat rises and cold+co2 is heavier then air meaning will be low to ground which is where intakes should be....but 250 cfm should suck alot of air also...

    its on exhaust..but i found out a earlier that it is a 80 cfm and the 6" one i was gunna get is 250 but the whole i have for intake is about 6" in diameter. Do u think if i got the 6" it would be to much wind force for the plants.

    I use a 6" inline centrifugal fan (EcoPlus) rated at 440 cfm, but have its speed set lower than that with a little device called Dial-A-Temp, and have no probs. It's a bit noisy, but I can live with it. Just means I have to turn the TV volume up a bit higher.
