I have been growing thus far with 8 4' flo tubes, 3k lumens each. I just purchased a 600w hps light and am wondering if it is safe to change from flo's to the hps? I know that it is fine to change when you start 12/12, but will the plants be shocked/damaged/turned into hermies if I subject them to 95000 lumens when they are used to 26000?
