He could have gone about attempting this in some other manner, but that was his intent nonetheless. Bush propagates globalism, Hitler fought against it.
Bush and his directors have no interest in creating democracies. A Democracy is a place where citizens elect their officials. And where the citizens are free. These are things Bush hates. The American people never elected him, he lost both the 2000 and 2004 elections.
