pipe cleaning: a must read

i've seen many threads on here and on the net, as well as have had many questions myself involving one thing: how do you get that nasty res out of your pipe with as little hassle as possible?

i've found a method that works incredibly well.

this requires:
(1) stove
(2) big pots (one for water boiling, one for putting the bong in)
(1) some Oxiclean
(1) ressed up pipe or bong

first, take a big pot, fill it with water, and then boil the water on the stove. when the water is boiling, pour it out into a cool bucket or something, whatever is big enough to fit your pipe/bong/tin foil crackpipe or what have you

place your bong/pipe into this new pot of hot water. then, add about half of the measuring cup of oxiclean into the pot with the bong and water. it should turn white and start foaming. now, is the waiting. if you take it out after about 10 minutes, most lightly gunked up pipes and bongs will be clean, the more res there is obviously the more time you will need to soak it.

when its clean, all you have to do is rinse it off and dry it, and you're ready to smoke.

i did this on a bong and a bubbler of mine, neither of which had been cleaned in at least the 5/6 months since buying them. got both of them brand spanking new after about 30-45 minutes soaking in the concoction.

oh, oxiclean is available in all stores, it's a detergent/stain remover.

anyways, try it out, its an excellent method and comes highly recommended as a stoner of 5+ years.
