Well the website said they have gained lots of support alot of people are convinced he will be on that ballot! March 11 is the final day to sign so if you havent voted in the primarys get out there and sign kinkys petition

Haha yeah sorry about that, i also heard earlier on the news that carol keeton strayhorn has a total of 223,000 votes she turned in today. Does anyone know her views on medical marijuana? Hope kinky passes her up

Sorry to bring up this thread again, Kinky got a total of 169,574 signitures turned in today and also made his goal of collecting enough money for his willy nelson radio ad for renewable energy. Looks like its going to be a good day for me

Im definately a Kinky supporter even though Im only 17...Im actually starting to think that he has a significant chance in this upcoming election...Hes becoming popular with people from several sides...so hopefully he makes it

I collected signatures for Strayhorn, she is ok. I like kinky too. I have been to Strayhorn rallies, she is from Austin and is the current comptroller of our state. She is also an EX-republican, though I dont think she will be screaming "legalize it" any time soon. Im just tired of that douch bag perry.. dont get me wrong, I generally tend to vote republican but Im really tired of that guy.

If it helps any, Strayhorn is against government involvement in anything other than the bare essentials and she has been a teacher in the Austin area most of her life. She has good ethics and morals.. would be a pleasent change from the current situation.

My vote is going to whichever of the two is closer to beating perry on d-day.

Do you think she would be willing to even take a look at bills for lowering the penaltys or a medicinal marijuana law? Perry dident even care to take a peak he just vetoed both bills

She carries more weight than kinky right now as she is drawing heavily off the republican crowd who are sick and f'n tired of perrys B.S.

She sounded pretty liberal when she gave her speech.. I was a little afraid to ask about her policy thieory on gun control but was plesently suprised by her response that gun control meant enforcing the laws already on the books not making new ones and that individual liberty is key in TX.

Hard to tell which way she will go. I have her sons phone number (a.k.a. her campaign manager), I could call him and ask if you guys really want to know.
